Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

1. Parties and definitions

Service provider: EventIQ Teknoloji A.Ş., Biruni University Technopark, Kazlıçeşme Mah. 245. Sk. No:5 Reyhan Building Floor 9 Office R - 905, Zeytinburnu 34020 Istanbul, Türkiye.

VeriGood is a software platform that helps used-car buyers analyze listings, assess risks, and manage the purchase journey.

Products are digital services purchased for specific VeriGood actions, such as a listing review or AI inspection.

2. Scope of service

VeriGood provides information and decision support only. Scores, analyses, and suggestions are not binding inspections, legal advice, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your purchase decision.

Features may vary by platform (web, mobile app, browser extension), market, or product. We may reasonably change or limit the service over time.

3. Account and security

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or unlawful use.

4. Pricing and payment

Paid services are sold at the prices shown at checkout. Taxes are included or shown separately where required.

Web payments are processed via iyzico with 3D Secure support. Card details are not stored on VeriGood servers.

The selected product entitlement is added to your account after payment confirmation. Entitlements are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not misuse third-party personal data, listing content, or copyrighted material.
• Do not copy or resell VeriGood software, branding, or interfaces without permission.

6. Intellectual property

VeriGood software, design, branding, and content belong to EventIQ Teknoloji A.Ş. or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

Vehicle listing photos and related text shown in the app usually come from third-party marketplaces or sellers (for example sahibinden.com or arabam.com). VeriGood does not claim copyright in those materials. They are displayed only to help you review a listing you are considering, together with a link to the original listing where available.

VeriGood is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any listing portal unless we state otherwise in writing. Portal names, logos, and watermarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not download, redistribute, or use listing photos or text outside the service. Rights holders or portals may request removal of content; we may remove or disable such content where appropriate.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party listing data.

To the extent permitted by law, VeriGood is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant transaction.

8. Term and termination

These terms apply from your first use of the service. You may close your account or terminate by written notice.

Statutory consumer rights and our Privacy Policy survive termination.
