Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement applies to digital credit purchases made online from EventIQ Teknoloji A.Ş. (Seller) to consumers (Buyer) via VeriGood.

2. Subject
Digital products ordered through VeriGood web or mobile apps. Each successful purchase grants one entitlement to the selected digital service.
3. Price and pre-contract information
Product, total price, currency, and tax status are shown on the checkout screen before payment. By paying, you confirm you have read the pre-contract information and this agreement.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment is collected via iyzico with 3D Secure card support. The selected product entitlement is delivered to your account after successful payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish consumer law, instantly delivered digital services may be exempt from withdrawal once performance begins with your explicit consent. Product entitlements are non-refundable once used or once service performance begins.
6. Defective performance
If payment succeeds but the product entitlement is not delivered due to a technical fault, contact [email protected] with your receipt. Verified errors will be corrected by fulfillment or refund.
