Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Digital product

Credits are intangible digital usage rights, not physical goods. They are credited immediately after payment.

2. Withdrawal

Where applicable law allows an exemption for instantly performed digital services with your consent, withdrawal may not apply after credits are delivered.

3. Refunds we may approve

• Payment taken but credits never credited due to a technical error
• Duplicate charge
• Seller-side system failure preventing service delivery

4. Refunds we do not approve

• After credits are credited (used or unused)
• Wrong package chosen by the user or change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with analysis results (informational service only)

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, account email, transaction date, and receipt if available. We respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 14 business days; banks may add processing time.

6. Exchanges

Credit packages cannot be exchanged. Purchase a different package if needed.
