Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy explains cancellation, refund, and exchange rules for digital products purchased on VeriGood.
1. Digital product
Product entitlements are intangible digital usage rights, not physical goods. They are granted after successful payment.
2. Withdrawal
Where applicable law allows an exemption for instantly performed digital services with your consent, withdrawal may not apply after a product entitlement is delivered.
3. Refunds we may approve
- Payment taken but the product entitlement was not delivered due to a technical error
- Duplicate charge
- Seller-side system failure preventing service delivery
4. Refunds we do not approve
- After a product entitlement is used or service performance begins
- Wrong product chosen by the user or change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with analysis results (informational service only)
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, account email, transaction date, and receipt if available. We respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 14 business days; banks may add processing time.
6. Exchanges
Credit packages cannot be exchanged. Purchase a different package if needed.
