Account Deletion

1. Delete in the app

• Sign in to VeriGood on the WebApp, Android app, or iOS app.
• Open My Account / Profile.
• Choose Delete account and confirm the warning.
• You will be signed out immediately after deletion completes.

2. What we delete

• Your Firebase authentication account
• Profile information and avatar
• Saved vehicles, analyses, journeys, chat sessions, scans, and rally participation
• Product entitlements tied to your account
• Referral codes and referral relationships linked to your account
• Private vehicle evidence files stored for your account

3. What may be retained

We may anonymize rather than delete certain payment and invoice records when tax, accounting, or legal obligations require retention.

Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the store account settings. Deleting your VeriGood account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.

4. Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Account deletion request". We may ask for additional verification before completing deletion.

5. Processing time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are usually completed within 14 business days after verification.
